Debbie first accepted a position of Economic Development Officer with the Marine and Mountain Zone Corporation in April 2001. Since then she has held several positions within the Corporation and always enjoys working closely with communities and organizations in Economic Zone 10 to foster social and economic development. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University in 1995 and went on to work in the Financial Services Industry for the next 4 years. In March 1999 she returned home and began working in community economic development. Debbie is currently the Small Ports Representative on Cruise Newfoundland and Labrador’s Board of Directors; volunteers her time with various community groups; and is a volunteer assistance coach of the Port aux Basques Piranhas. Debbie was born and raised in Port aux Basques. She has two daughters, Chloe and Sophia.

Patsy is a resident of the Codroy Valley. She has been with the Marine and Mountain Zone Corporation since March 10, 2010. She has acquired a certificate in Business Administration and has an extensive and varied working background with the greater component involving volunteering, community organizations and economic development. Patsy and her family lived in Alberta and Ontario for nine years collectively and returned home in 2001. She enjoys volunteering for various community causes and the great outdoors in any capacity.

In February 2002 Doreen accepted the one year replacement position of Executive Assistant with the Marine and Mountain Zone Corporation. Having thoroughly enjoyed her work term with the Corporation, in July 2004 she was successful in obtaining that same position on a permanent basis.
